Clay Shipman

Over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, specializing in emerging technologies including mobile, data and platform technologies.

Prior to his position as Strategic Advisor with SITO, Mr Shipman was VP of Sales with OnSpot Data, VP of Channel Development at MobileFuse, Director of Brand Solutions at Hipcricket, and was the Co-Founder & Executive Vice President of Media Cannon, Inc., sold to Velti (Nasdaq VELT) in June 2010 where he lead all sales, business development, and client relationship activity including content, channel, and carrier partnerships through 8 years of successful growth.

Prior to co-founding Media Cannon, Mr. Shipman was Vice President of business development at GenerationPix, and was instrumental in launching Logitech Mobile Video, North America’s first commercially available live streaming video application on a major carrier network.

Mr. Shipman also lead GenerationPiX’s efforts in the integrated commercial security industry where he developed partnerships with several of the industry’s leading DVR manufacturers to provide remote access from cell phones to live video feeds of integrated video security systems.

Prior to GenerationPiX, Mr. Shipman Co-founded D1Athletes.com and was an associate of Pabulum Ventures, an early stage venture incubator.

Luis Serra


Over 15 years excelling in sales, partnership growth and business management that specialize in emerging technologies including mobile, data, hardware and platform technologies. Mr. Serra is also actively involved in the use of fintech in high risk markets such as Crypto, Cannabis and Gaming for merchant acquiring.

During his term as SVP Sales with SITO Mobile, he led a Sales team and exceed goals consistently since joining from Hipcricket in 2015. Prior to SITO, Mr. Serra was Director of Sales with Hipcricket which then was acquired by Aurea in June 2015. At Hipcricket Mr. Serra founded the Mobile Advertising Group which grew from 10% of the company's revenue in their first quarter to over 55%. He was responsible for ad tech platform development, operations, partnerships and P&L. As the business grew, he was then tasked to expand partnerships & sales where he excelled through and post the company’s acquisition.

Mr. Serra also led the Product Sales group at Impart Media Group, a publicly traded Digital OOH company where he focused on supplier partnerships and new customer acquisition for emerging markets.
